About
My research aims to understand how climate changes are impacting tropical ecosystems and fisheries, and to understand how fish can continue to provide food and livelihoods in a warmer world.

Through collaborations with coral reef ecologists, fisheries managers, and social scientists, I build hierarchical models that provide insights into ecological and fisheries changes across time and space. My research has a strong focus on Seychelles, where fish and fisheries are integral contributors to food, nutrition, livelihoods and culture, but are threatened by heatwaves, overfishing and an unprecedented demand for seafood.
