About
I am a lake ecologist with a particular interest in understanding how external stressors and internal interactions affect the structure and function of inland waters. I make use of laboratory experiments, field measurements, novel techniques, including high-frequency and remote sensing, and the analysis of long-term environmental data. I have a particular interest in changing CO2 concentration in water and the effects this has on the ecology of algae and plants.
