I am an applied mathematician who is interested in applying spatiotemporal models and statistical inference to a range of problems spanning biology, ecology and archaeology. Current projects include modelling the spread of Oak Proscessionary Moth across the UK and microbial swimmers interacting with objects with applications to bacterial motion in soils.
