About
I am a final year postgraduate researcher at UKCEH Wallingford. I study the impacts of insect population decline on ecosystem functioning, using trait based mechanisms as proxies for functional diversity in insect communities. I use large structured datasets to answer questions about long term trends in insect biodiversity. I have wider interests in policy, biodiversity change and agricultural development.
