I am an environmental microbiologist with experience in microbial evolution and ecology, biogeochemistry, and geobiology. I am particularly interested in how microbial communities respond to rapidly changing environments--and how to observe, model, and predict these responses across biological scales with greater sensitivity and accuracy.
