About
I am a researcher currently working on modelling C3 crop metabolism towards optimising photosynthetic and water use efficiency in potato (Solanum tuberosum) and rice (Oryza sativa). The main techniques used in my research include both steady-state constraint-based reconstruction and analysis as well as kinetic modelling of photosynthetic processes. I am also experienced in multi-omic data integration and the application of machine-learning techniques.
